SuperOffice CRM5

ERP Integration with SuperOffice

Many companies want information from the ERP system easily available in the CRM system. Companies will of course vary a great deal in terms of requirements, ways of working, and there are of course a great number of ERP/accounting systems available.

SuperOffice and SuperOffice Development partners can offer a host of different solutions to integrate with ERP. There are 'out of the box' integration tools available for Microsoft Navision Attain, Axapta XAL, Visma,  Jeeves, Scala, Exact and SAP.

In addition, integration for in-house developed solutions, and systems based on for example AS/400, and Baan, are available based on data exchange on TXT, MAPI, XML and ODBC.

The level of integration requirements will vary from one company to another. For some companies, it is a matter of simply transporting key account figures (Sale YTD for example) to the SuperOffice CRM interface. Other companies want a full two way synchronization and data exchange, for example automatic population of company info from SuperOffice to the ERP system when a company changes from 'prospect' to 'customer', other companies want an even more extensive integration. SuperOffice can handle them all, though the add-ons described in this document.

Nordic DataSynch - Generic Integration tool for in-house developed system and the do-it yourself company

Nordic ERP Synch - Integration tool with out of the box functionality for leading ERP systems, such as Navision, Visma, Agresso etc.

Nordic ERP Jump - Link between the company card in SuperOffice to Microsoft Navision for often used functions, such as creation of orders, creation of new customers, Production tickets, etc.

Nordic ERP Filer - Automatic transfer of completed documents in the ERP systems (orders, confirmations, invoices, bills of lading etc) directly into SuperOffice.

Nordic Product View - Line item integration of ERP data: Overview per invoice number with amount, product, payment status etc. in tabular format.

Nordic DataSynch: Integration between SuperOffice CRM 5 and ODBC, XML, Mapi and Text based systems.

Nordic Data Sync is a tool for the „do-it-yourself“ company who wants integration to external data sources. This is also suitable for companies that have developed their ERP system in-house, rather than having procured it from the many ERP system suppliers available. These could be systems where the only integration possibility is based on export of text files.

Nordic Data Sync can also be used to integrate the company’s DataWarehouse system with the SuperOffice database.

As communications via e-mail are becoming increasingly automated, Nordic Data Sync also supports the ability to receive e-mails from websites and load these, for example, as activities in SuperOffice

Nordic Data Sync exchanges data both ways and integrates with all parts of CRM 5:
- Contact + ‘more’ page
- Contact interests
- Project + ‘more’ page
- Project members
- Person + ‘more’ page
- Personal interests
- Activity
- Sales + ‘more’ page
- Relation
- Selection
- Currency
- Extra ‘Tabs’ (requires Nordic Product View)

ERP Synch is similar in function to the DataSynch, but is written specifically to provide links with some of the leading ERP systems as more of an 'out of the box' solution. If you have opted for  Navision C5, XAL, Axapta, Financials and Attain and Visma Business, this may be a better solution for you. Nordic ERP Jump

Nordic ERP Jump provides the facility to jump directly from SuperOffice to the ERP System. This is achieved by clicking on the installed buttons in SuperOffice. Together with the link we deliver standard scripts for customer and order creation. This means that order creation, and creation of account setup when a prospect turns into a customer, is far less time consuming.

These scripts can easily be modified to show contact information, purchase lines etc. The buttons created in SuperOffice provides direct access to the correct account in ERP

Nordic  ERP Filer for SuperOffice

ERP Filer transfers documents like invoices, order confirmations, inventory lists etc, from the ERP system to SuperOffice CRM 5. This enables salesreps to view what is sent to their customers even if they are traveling or working from home. Often, issues such as invoke creation is not done by sales reps, but they nonetheless often would like to have an overview as 'read only' users.

Every time an invoice is printed, an electronic copy is created and stored in SuperOffice CRM 5 as a normal SuperOffice CRM 5 document. The format be HTML, PDF, BMP, TIF, etc depending on the complexity of the document and company policies.

ERP Filer is not dependent on a specific ERP system but is typically sold together with the modifications, that are to be made in the present ERP system. The code generating the documents is open, enabling your present ERP system supplier to customize  the solution to your needs.
