The SuperOffice CRM applications integrate seamlessly with and support Microsoft Office, Exchange, SQL Server and a number of other Microsoft products and technologies. The SuperOffice Expander Developer Tools and SuperOffice .Net Server is based on and supports Microsoft .NET on the highest level.
SuperOffice features a wide array of options as it concerns integration with Outlook and/or Microsoft Exchange. That means that while integration with the Exchange back end is possible, it is not a requirement for all levels of integration. Simple email handling may be managed by simpler and less expensive mail server solutions.
The most commonly used approach is integrating SuperOffice with Outlook email. This provides for a seamless workflow for sending, forwarding, replying to, and send documents as attachments, as well as storing incoming emails and attachments.
User starts an email from SuperOffice or Outlook, and can opt to have the mail archived in, and later retrieved from the company card in SuperOffice. Also allows for adding additional recipients using addresses from SuperOffice in the cc, and Bcc field(s).
Incoming emails can be stored as emails, as activities,
and to a project if applicable. Attachments can be stored in
native formats, or embedded in the message. SuperOffice will
automatically go to the pertinent contact for easy storage and
later retrieval.
This is one of the most useful elements of SuperOffice CRM document management for the email intensive company. No longer will a company have to rely on subfolders under an inbox, using well, and not so well founded structures for later retrieval
SuperOffice Synchronizer for Microsoft Exchange
With SuperOffice Synchronizer you are able to synchronize your SuperOffice diary and SuperOffice contacts with Microsoft Outlook and in this way for instance share appointments with other employees in your organization not using SuperOffice CRM. As SuperOffice Synchronizer is running on the server, the synchronization will work automatically without any user interaction, ensuring that the SuperOffice diary and Outlook calendar is always in sync.
Truly mobile
When you or other employees in your organization are out traveling or just not in touch with your PC, the need to access customer contact information or appointments in you diary is exactly the same as when you are in the office. SuperOffice CRM Synchronizer offers the capability to have this access on a Blackberry, PalmOS, or WinCE based PDA, or an a ASP aware phone *. The only requirement is that your device is supporting synchronization with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
SuperOffice Synchronizer is a server-side application, making administration of the solution easy and efficient. If your company, for some reason, prefers a client-based solution, SuperOffice Outlook Sync should be considered as an alternative.

SuperOffice Synchronizer for Outlook
While somewhat similar to the Synchronizer for Microsoft Exchange, SuperOffice Outlook Sync is intended for client use, meaning that the software is installed locally on each computer. This allows flexibility to offer these capabilities to certain targeted users. Also, if your company use outlook, but do not run it on top of an exchange server, this is the approach to use. Similar to its 'bigger cousin' it provides a bridge between SuperOffice, to MS Outlook, and by extension any handheld(s) that support Outlook . If your company is more interested in a server-based solution, SuperOffice Synchronizer should be considered.
