This provides for a seamless workflow for sending, forwarding, replying to, and send documents as attachments, as well as storing incoming emails and attachments.
User starts an email from SuperOffice or Outlook, and can opt to have the mail archived in, and later retrieved from the company card in SuperOffice. Also allows for adding additional recipients using addresses from SuperOffice in the cc, and Bcc field(s).

The only requirement is that your device is supporting synchronization with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook. SuperOffice Synchronizer is a server-side application, making administration of the solution easy and efficient. If your company, for some reason, prefers a client-based solution, SuperOffice Outlook Sync should be considered as an alternative.

This allows flexibility to offer these capabilities to certain targeted users. Also, if your company use outlook, but do not run it on top of an exchange server, this is the approach to use. Similar to its 'bigger cousin' it provides a bridge between SuperOffice, to MS Outlook, and by extension any handheld(s) that support Outlook . If your company is more interested in a server-based solution, SuperOffice Synchronizer should be considered.
