Administrator Toolbox
The Administrator Toolbox contains a selection of applications especially designed for SuperOffice Administrators. It offers you a variety of modules that help out application administrators in database checking and cleaning. It is best suited for administrators in smaller organizations, that do not have the need for very elaborate toolsets.
SODuplicate
Creates selections of possible duplicate companies in your SuperOffice database.
Duplicates are found by scanning the zip code field and the number from the address field. After scanning your database, you can takeactions towards the duplicate records by using the Tasks from SuperOffice Selections.
SOAddressFormat
Relevant for companies that caters to the European market. Ensure that the German address format, that is used in most European countries, has a complete postal address and not only a visiting address.
The application will also make sure that the values from the zip code and city fields are all in uppercase.
SODeleteSales
Helps SuperOffice Administrators to completely delete a selection of sales records, including their history, from the SuperOffice database.
Old and incorrect sales records won’t show up in reports or queries anymore.
SODataBaseCleaner
Ensures data quality by removing a selection of companies, including persons, interests, appointments, document and sales.
It also cleans up orphan text records an it will even delete the actual documents from the SuperOffice archive.
