For SuperOffice CRM 5 Expand with additional Tabs and tables, create your own searches and use both external and internal data in your templates While the SuperOffice Developers kit, and the Dev Net is designed for experienced developers and programmers, the Expander Design Suite is a toolset that does not require programming. You can show external (ERP data etc.) as well as internal SuperOffice CRM 5 data, in the new extra Tabs on “Contact”, ”Project”, ”Sale”, ”Appointment”, ”Document” and ”Person”. Expander Design Suite offers the possibility to create additional tables in the SuperOffice CRM 5 database. Data can be added and edited, even when you are on travel. Searching With the Design tool you can create advanced searches. You can search for all combinations of data in the SuperOffice database, combined with data from external data sources (ERP data etc.). E.g. you can make a search, such as ‘create a selection on all companies with a sales forecast with probability of 80%’. The result can then be transferred to either a new or an existing ‘Selection’ in SuperOffice CRM 5. Technique The configuration and installation of the module is done without using programming. However it is required that SuperOffice CRM 5 run on a SQL, MS-SQL, Sybase or Oracle database, and that data, which is to be available on the tabs can be collected via ODBC. Templates The Template Expander option makes it possible to expand your standard SuperOffice CRM 5 templates, to include data from external data sources (ERP data etc.) or internal data from the new tables in SuperOffice CRM5. System requirements Minimum SuperOffice CRM version 5.6 or later.
