What is PBX Dial ?

PBX Dial is a small CTI Application that offers seamless integration with SuperOffice CRM 5. With incoming calls, the Nordic PBX Dial ‘searches’ the phone number of the incoming call and displays the proper contact on the screen. For outgoing calls, simply click the phone number in SuperOffice to dial, eliminating the need to individually dial a number, thus reducing the risk of incorrect dialing.

Nordic PBX Dial can use TAPI, IntraVoice Call Pro 2.0 or Charmed CTI Bridge through DDE, COM or Active X
compatible telephone systems.
