Geographical Mapping; A great tool for the road warrior and sales manager alike:

Road Warrior: Lets say you are off to visit a customer in the Chicago area. You find that you will have some time extra; the question you may ask is then: Who else can I possibly call on; perhaps one or two once promising prospect that was left hanging ?

Sales Manager: You have identified 30 prospects in a geographical area, and you are planning a call round. How can we easily identify where they are ?

Enter SuperOffice MapPoint:

First, we build a selection of all companies in Chicago, using SuperOffice Selection:

Then, we run the SuperOffice MapLink:

SuperOffice MapPoint will 'pin' each location, as well as provide you with details as per your preference on each point.: This is a great way to visualize your trip planning as well as review your coverage in any given geographical location:

Obviously, this function can be imposed on zip code (ranges), per state etc. etc. (Currently available for N-America and Western Europe only)
