Implementation Consultants: Full/part time and contract work.
We welcome inquiries from disciplined, sharp individuals to strengthen our implementation and support team that provide services to SuperOffice CRM, Inc.
As an implementation consultant, your responsibility will be to document, install and integrate the SuperOffice CRM suite and further develop solutions with our customers. This involves a close working relationship with the customers, our partners, and internal recourses. A considerable part of the workweek will take place on-site. This position calls for a person that can handle multiple simultaneous projects, and can on occasions entail long hours. Key traits here are structure, a can-do attitude, service mindedness and and the ability to present and train users on the application.

You have a good understanding of CRM solutions and add-ons, both on the front end and 'under the hood'. |

You have a good working base knowledge of SQL, .Net, and MSWin Server environments, and have an instinctive curiosity as to 'how things work' |
|
You can translate business processes into working solutions, and have the intellectual heft to quickly 'connect the dots' of complex relationships. |
|
You have the social maturity and business acumen to act as a consultant on site. |
|
You have the patience to work with stakeholders and people with oftentimes novel approaches to rules of logic. |
|
You have a US work permit or other arrangement. |
This position require extensive travel in the US and Canada
