Our Remote Control approach is based on Port 80, and therefore Firewall friendly and not system intrusive. We ask that you do not have other VCN based programs active while simultaneously allowing for us to remote control the PC.

For your peace of mind, this approach uses ONLY active participation: The user must start a remote session. We are NOT able to start a session without the full knowledge and active input from the user at the other end.

This approach uses OpenSSH/SSL to connect to the remote computers. Through a network of connectivity tools you can connect to/access remote machines securely. OpenSSH creates a highly secure tunnel, encrypts all traffic, including passwords, providing secure encrypted communication over the internet. OpenSSH effectively eliminates eavesdropping, connection hijacking and other network-level attacks.

This approach uses 128 bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). AES is approved by US National Institute of Standards and Technology as the new NIST standard. AES is the winner of a 3 year long international competition, involving the worlds leading cryptographers and as the new NIST standard, AES is the approved algorithm used to secure sensitive US government information well into the 21st century and replaces the aging DES/3DES

Is “any thing” left on the remote PC?
No nothing! At the end of the support session the guest is  disconnected and the remote pc/system is left exactly as it was before. !!!. Compare this to the prints left by the other solutions out there !!!.
